Q: How do you keep the customer information confidentiality?

Q: How long will the quote be finished?
A: Actually, it will depend on how many items of the RFQ?
If only the simple parts, it will be ready to offer within one day or less.
It will be the same as the sheet metal part. If there are many plastic parts
and sheet metal stamping parts, it will take some days, of course we should
have necessary information ready when we get the RFQ. 2D and 3D part model,
raw material, Finish, volume, special requirements, delivery, ship method so on...
Q: How to pack the die casting parts?
A: Injection molding parts are easier be damaged, we need to protect the plastic
injection molded parts properly, please use strong carton box, and according the
injection molded parts feature to design inside divided. get the molded plastic parts
and pack it in to the box and seal it, have to be careful for Nylon resin, have the
use plastic bag to pack the parts and seal the plastic bag right the way after
molding, because the Nylon will absorb the moisture.
Q: How to arrange the shipment?
A: Here are some steps: According the order qty to prepare the cargo.
Prepare packing list and commercial invoice and booking form, send those
documents to Forwarder Get the confirmed booking NO# from Forwarder.
Arrange truck to load the cargo and send to Forwarder. we will get Bill of
Landing after the boat leave the seaport several days later, then Send the
Bill of Landing to Customer for them to clear the custom.
