Magnetic stripe card is a card with a magnetic stripe on, where we can store data by modifying

themagnetism of tiny iron-based magnetic particles on a band of magnetic material.

Magnetic stripe card, which is also called swipe card or magstripe card, is read by swiping past a

magnetic reading head. Magnetic stripe card is widely used as ID card, membership card, hotel

key card, credit card, transportation ticket, etc.

We print cards strictly according to client’s layout. Keeping the consistency between printing

effect and approved layout is always the priority.

Standard sizes for magnetic stripe card CR80 86*54*0.76 mm (3-3/8*2-1/8”, thickness 30 mil)

Magnetic stripe type:

1. Low-coercivity (Loco) at 300 Oe or 600 Oe;

2. High-coercivity (Hico) at 2750 Oe or 4000 Oe.

Loco is mainly used for membership card, loyalty card, points card, etc;

while hico is mainly used for bank card, access control card.

1. How to get a free sample card?

We provide free samples for checking the quality and compatibility, you just need to cover

the shipping cost. Please be noted that if you need the samples with your design, there will be

a sample charge. Contact us for a quote. Tell us what samples do you need, we will send you

a sample pack accordingly.

2. How do I place an order?

You can send an inquiry by website, or emailling us directly.

3. Is there a specific thickness to your cards?

Yes, 0.2mm to 2mm are available.

Normally we produce 0.2, 0.3, 0.35, 0.5, 0.6, 0.76, 0.8, 0.88, 1, 1.5 & 2mm.

4. Do you provide pre-production samples for approval?

Yes we can provide PP samples for approval. If you don't need a PP sample, we will always

provide a digital proof for your approval before we officially proceed to production.

5. Do you provide designing service?

Yes, we provide designing service if you don't have your own designer.

But we encourage you to create your own design.

6. How long will it take to receive my cards?

The production lead time is around 7-10 working days, we provide rush order

service that if you need to finish your order within 3 or 5 working days, we can also do that.
